This was a stunning blend! I steeped 2 tsp of tea at 212° for 5 minutes, then added a tsp of sugar while it was still hot and put in the fridge to chill overnight. This brewed a vibrant blue color from the butterfly pea flowers. I decided to try this one iced, and I’m so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious. The coconut paired beautifully with the lavender. I loved the coconut in this. It gives this tea a rich, tropical flavor. It was sweet and fruity, with a hint of floral notes. I really enjoyed trying this one. It made the perfect summer drink!

This tea is such a fun and refreshing blend! Right away, you can clearly see all the ingredients in the mix—the pineapple pieces, flakes of coconut, and the little lavender blossoms.
I brewed it at 212°F for 5 minutes, and the result was a gorgeous teal liquor thanks to the butterfly pea flower. The flavor is smooth and well balanced: gentle lavender tones that aren’t too floral, natural sweetness from the pineapple, and a soft coconut finish that adds a creamy, tropical feel.
While I didn’t add lemon, it’s fun to know that doing so would transform the color into a vibrant purple. For me, I enjoyed it just as it is.
Overall, Pineapple Lavender Breeze feels like a little tropical escape in a cup—perfect for summertime sipping or whenever you’re craving something light, sweet, and uplifting.

Pineapple Lavender Breeze
When I opened the package, the sweet scent of pineapple hit me first, with just a delicate hint of lavender. I tried this tea both hot and iced, and each version had its own charm. The hot tea, with two cubes of sugar, had just the right touch of sweetness to balance the flavors. For the iced version, I added simple syrup—and wow! Its refreshing fruit notes offered an elegant balance of taste. I truly enjoyed both ways of sipping this blend.

Upon opening the package, the scent of coconut greets me first, followed by a hint of pineapple, while lavender lingers softly in the background. I brewed 1 ½ teaspoons at 212° for 8 minutes and tried the tea in three different ways.
Hot, unsweetened – The liquor glows a gorgeous shade of teal. The flavor leans mostly toward creamy coconut, with just a touch of pineapple fruitiness.
Iced, with fresh lemon juice – With a squeeze of lemon, the teal transforms into a surreal purple. The citrus adds a bright, refreshing pucker that makes it especially lively.
Iced, sweetened (¼ tsp stevia) – A little sweetness shifts the balance, allowing the floral notes to shine. The lavender and butterfly pea flower take center stage, while the coconut and pineapple slip into the background.
Hot or iced, sweet or tangy, this tea manages to hit every note with ease. It takes me back to lazy summer days on Florida’s west coast with family—sun-drenched, carefree, and endlessly refreshing.

I made pineapple lavender brew hot brewed, added lemon juice and a touch of sugar and then cooled it down to iced. It reminded me of a blue Hawaiian cocktail! Pineapple and coconut were dominant flavors, with a slight herbal bent from lavender and butterfly pea flower. It was fruity and thirst quenching. It came out a beautiful blue or magenta depending on whether you added lemon juice or not. I preferred the version with lemon juice and a touch of sugar as it brought out the fruity notes most but I liked it both ways.
