Teacher appreciation events happen year-round — staff PD days, admin luncheons, welcome-back events in August, end-of-year celebrations in May, and appreciation week in early May. We serve all of them.
Can the PTA/PTO partner with you on teacher appreciation?+
Absolutely. We work directly with PTAs, PTOs, and school administrators to design teacher appreciation events that fit the budget and schedule. We can also coordinate gift packaging for teachers to take home.
How long does a typical teacher appreciation event run?+
Most run 1.5-3 hours, timed around lunch periods, planning periods, or before/after school. We arrive early to set up and serve during the windows when teachers can actually step away.
Do you have vendor insurance for school grounds?+
Yes — we carry full vendor liability insurance and can provide certificates to your school or district as needed.
How far in advance should we book?+
We recommend 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for teacher appreciation week (early May) which books up fast. Earlier is always better — particularly for schools that want a specific date.
