This blend was a really pleasant surprise. Chocolate covered strawberry can sometimes lean too sweet, but this one struck a really nice balance. It does come across a bit more tart, thanks to the apple, hibiscus, and rosehip, but it’s still smooth and very drinkable. The strawberry and rosehip shine beautifully and give it that bright, fruity note you expect, while the cocoa pieces add just enough richness without overpowering the cup. It feels more like a subtle chocolate finish rather than a full-on dessert bomb and I loved that. Overall, this was a delicious, well-rounded blend that felt indulgent but not heavy. Definitely one I’d happily sip again.

This blend feels like the start of a Valentine’s story 💕🍓 Sweet, playful, and full of charm, the dry blend is colorful and inviting—fruit, petals, and cocoa coming together in a way that instantly makes you smile 🌸✨.Once steeped, the cup is bright and fruity with a gentle tartness. Strawberry and apple lead the sip, while hibiscus and rosehip add a lively pop 🍎🌺. The cocoa pieces bring just a hint of chocolate, enough to make the cup feel indulgent without overpowering the fruit 🍫. Naturally caffeine-free, this is the perfect “first Valentine”—light, flirty, and easy to fall for. A lovely way to begin a romantic tea moment or ease into the season of love.

The aroma of the dry fruit & herbs was bright and fruity with subtle hints of chocolate. It does remind me of chocolate covered strawberries, one of my favorite parts of my childhood. My grandma, who introduced me to tea, used to make me chocolate covered strawberries on my birthday every year. It’s a treat I hold in high esteem and think of fondly. I steeped this tea at 195F for 7 minutes. This is my preferred way to steep tisanes. The resulting infusion was ruby red. I was nervous about this tea because of the hibiscus. I tend to think hibiscus is extremely overused in tisanes, and has a tendency to overwhelm other components and flavors. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The blend does indeed remind me of chocolate covered strawberries. Sweet, fruity strawberry mingles with rich, smooth chocolate. The hibiscus adds a pleasant tart component to a blend that might be a little bit too sweet without. It is used appropriately in this blend and I enjoyed the cup immensely. This tea was also a hit with my daughter, who loves to steal sips of every beverage I drink. This is a delicious, caffeine free infusion that tea lovers of all ages will enjoy.

This blend is such a fun and indulgent treat in a teacup. As it steeps, it transforms into a beautiful pink brew that’s instantly eye-catching and feels a little fancy before you even take a sip Flavor-wise, the fruity base from apple, hibiscus, rosehip, strawberry, and papaya is bright and juicy, with a gentle tartness that keeps things lively. The cocoa pieces add a soft chocolate note that doesn’t overpower the fruit—more like the hint of chocolate you get from the coating on a real chocolate-covered strawberry This is a great option when you’re craving something dessert-like but still refreshing. It’s cozy served hot and equally lovely iced, making it a versatile blend for any time of day. If you enjoy fruit teas with a playful twist, this one is definitely worth it. I was supplied this tea by the Real Mr. Tea in exchange for an honest review. All opinions and thoughts are my own.

Upon opening the pouch, this is a such a beautiful blend and it also smells lovely. I brewed this according to the package directions (212F, 7 minutes). I love an herbal, and this was so delicious to me—bright hibiscus base blended with lovely juicy strawberry. I get the cocoa at the end of the sip and it is a very unique and delightful note here. I drank about half of my cup, did a bunch of work, and then came back later and had the rest after it had cooled significantly. Cooler, I got more of the cocoa note and it really elevated this blend for me. I cannot wait to try this as a true cold brew overnight in my fridge. This was an absolute winner for me—herbal, juicy, and unexpected. This tea was gifted to me by the company, and I am providing my honest review.

Smells of strawberries, tropical fruit with a hint of chocolate. The blend looked so yummy I almost wanted to take a bite. When brewed it becomes a lovely pink color. You can really taste the rose hips and hibiscus. It’s mildly sweet and a bit tangy with earthy undertones. I was hoping to taste the strawberry and cocoa more but still and excellent tisane. I still haven’t tried it with cream. That will be my next cup. Overall a delightful blend. 💜 I really enjoyed this combination. It is fresh, bright, and fun with a hint of chocolate. It lingers on your taste buds, almost effervescent. I received this in exchange for my Honest review.

As soon as you open the package the beautiful aroma of fruit, flower, and chocolate fills the space! It definitely is a delicious smell. This blend has a few things going on, but it works nicely. Usually hibiscus overpowers a tea for me but this blend is very smooth and I can pick out notes from the fruits (apple, strawberry, and papaya), the flowers (hibiscus), and the cocoa. The rosehip a cornflower petals get lost for me, but that’s ok. It’s a nice shade that is great for a Galentine’s Day or Valentine’s Day tea (since we’re in th season!)

I was so excited to try this one and it did not disappoint! This was so delicious! The color of this one was so stunning. It was the perfect blend of sweet and tart. It's fruit forward followed by a gentle chocolate note in the background. The cocoa gives it a rich, velvety finish, making it feel like a dessert. It truly tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. I enjoyed this one plain but I think it would be great as an iced tea! Highly recommend this one! I used 1 heaping tsp and steeped at 212° for 7 minutes. This tea was gifted to me by purveyor, but all opinions are my own.

Mr. Tea really nailed it with their chocolate covered Strawberry tisane. Smelling the dry ingredients as I was putting them in my teapot really does trick the brain into thinking you’re having chocolate covered strawberries. With ingredients such as apple, hibiscus, Rosehip, strawberry, papaya, cocoa pieces, corn flour, petals how could you go wrong. Whether you get this as a lovely valentines treat or to help lift your spirits you won’t be disappointed. From the gorgeous pink color to the suddenly sweet chocolatey strawberry flavor it’s hard not to smile while indulging.

I was a bit apprehensive at first about the lack of a tea or tisane base in this blend and feared the hibiscus and fruit would overpower everything and make it too tart and juicy, but I was absolutely wrong. This managed to be fruity and flavorful without the acidity and tartness you would expect, and instead comes across soft and well-rounded. I feel the strawberry is very prevalent, though I do think it could use a bit more cocoa, as to me it comes off as just a strawberry blend with only a gentle note of cocoa. Would I opt for this over a proper tea or tisane blend with a base? Probably not. But I'm grading a bit on a curve here because this is actually very impressive for a caffeine-free, entirely dried fruit and flowers blend. It is hard for people to find entirely caffeine-free blends without rooibos or honeybush that are this good.

I brewed this tisane at 212° for 7 minutes, it becomes a beautiful bright pink cup with an inviting aroma of rich cocoa and fresh strawberries. The flavor is well balanced, with a gentle hibiscus tartness that brightens the cup without overpowering the fruit. This tisane is especially fun to play with—I turned it into a latte-inspired tisane topped with chocolate cold foam. The creamy chocolate softened the hibiscus and highlighted the cocoa nibs, creating a sip that truly tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry.

I expected to like this tea as what could be better than strawberries for valentines....but when you add chocolate... well this tisane did not disappoint. I brewed and followed directions at 212 - might not have waited the full 7 recommended minutes. I did however wait until it cooled a bit before trying. I have found that many fruit tisane brews taste more like their fruit when they cool a bit. The combination of apple hibiscus, rosehip, strawberry, papaya, cocoa pieces and cornflower petals make a wonderful caffeine free treat. I think that this tea would be wonderful iced if you can wait that long to drink it.... we'll need to order more before we can wait that long for it to cool.

I read the list of ingredients and not being a fan of Rosehips or hibiscus I thought about passing on this tisane, what a mistake that would have been. I have tried this blend three ways hot, iced and as an iced latte and I have loved every single one. Sip after sip it’s like biting into a juicy chocolate strawberry.
